Prophetic Word for Emerging Women Leaders

 

Walking in the Office of the King

Thus says the Lord, “Reimagine who you are. I am rebuilding the image of royalty in your heart. You are not bound by earthly definitions of roles or limited by the stigma of gender. I call you to the Office of the King—not as a title, but as a divine position of trust, authority, and representation of My Kingdom on earth. Let the truth of who you are make you free. Indeed, you are free to lead, free to reign, and free to proclaim My excellencies.”

The Office of the King: Royal Authority and Divine Representation

You are chosen, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for My possession. Just as the kings of old embodied divine authority, so I establish you as a mediator of My Kingdom. The kingship I place upon you is not earthly but spiritual—a divine calling to lead, govern, and reflect My glory.

1 Peter 2:9-10 declares: “You are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.”

I say to you: Rise and step into the fullness of your kingship.

 

Kingship Defined by Divine Grace

    •    The presence of a king signifies connection to divine authority. I have granted you access to My supernatural resources—wisdom, power, and strategy.

    •    You are elevated to this office by My Spirit, not for your glory but for My purpose. The lineage of your kingship is traced to Me—King of Kings, Lord of Lords.

    •    With this kingship comes divine impartation:

    •    Wisdom to govern.

    •    Power to establish My will.

    •    Authority to lead My people.

Attire of the King: A Symbol of Glory

I clothe you with garments of glory:

    •    The Crown: My glory rests upon you. It is the mark of divine empowerment for leadership and dominion.

    •    The Scepter: You carry My governing authority. It is the symbol of My creative power through you.

    •    The Robe: My presence covers you, and My glory emanates from you. The colors reflect the elements you will command and the realms you will influence.

    •    The Throne: You are seated with Christ in heavenly places, administering justice, mercy, and truth.

    •    The Ring: A covenant of authority and partnership with Me. Your leadership is rooted in intimacy with Me.

    •    The Breastplate: I protect your heart and your calling. You are equipped for conquest and spiritual victory.

Prophetic Role in Kingship

Emerging leaders, know this: You have been identified and anointed by the Spirit for this moment. Just as My prophets anointed kings of old, I have poured My oil upon you. The prophetic mantle you carry allows you to:

    •    Discern the seasons and shifts in the Kingdom.

    •    Execute My decrees with boldness and precision.

    •    Carry My vision for the generations to come.

​

As I instructed My prophet Samuel to anoint David, so I am raising prophets who will confirm and support your leadership. Do not despise your anointing or shrink back because of your gender or earthly limitations. You are My chosen vessel.

Freedom of the King’s Mind

​

Let the mind that was in Christ Jesus be in you:

    •    A mind free from fear and limitation.

    •    A mind aligned with truth and divine purpose.

    •    A mind that sees the world through the lens of My Kingdom.

​

“You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:32). Indeed, I am freeing you to walk boldly in this kingship. You are not under restraint but have been released to fulfill My purpose. No longer will the stigma of “woman” hold you back, for I am calling you a king in the spirit. I am taking the stigma off “Wombman” and declaring you My image-bearer and representative.

Emerging Women Leaders: Step into Kingship

I have established your voice for such a time as this. Like Moses, I am making My ways known to you. You will not lead in your own strength but by My divine power and grace. Your leadership will not look like the world’s—it will reflect My Kingdom.

Rise, emerging women leaders!

    •    Rule with the authority I have placed upon you.

    •    Govern with the wisdom I have imparted to you.

    •    Lead with the heart of a king, knowing that your authority comes from Me.

I am restoring the image of royalty within you. Walk boldly in the Office of the King. This is your prophetic charge. You are free indeed. Now proclaim My excellencies and reign in the power of My Spirit.
